Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in cart.
Estimated Delivery Dates
If you are interested in finding the estimated delivery date for an item before you place an order, place item in cart, after you put in your address you will see the estimated shipping cost, and tax if applicable to your location.
Shipping & Processing Times
Processing & Production time is 3-4 days. (the time it takes to process payment and print items).
Shipping is 3-7 days with the average USPS First Class being up to 7 days. Please note, USPS First Class is taking up to 3 extra days. If you need your item sooner, then we highly recommend using USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping costs start at $3.49 USPS First Class and go up from, depending which shipping you choose and where you are located.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. IE: a 18"x24" print/poster can take up to 3 weeks to ship to Australia.
Froodle Accepts most major credit cards and PayPal.
Froodle keeps your payment information secure and never shares your information.
Returns & Exchanges
Being a small business, we gladly accept returns and cancellations upon the following conditions, but please remember that everything sold on the Froodle shop is custom made to order:
- Contact us: within 3 days after delivery of item(s).
- Request a cancellation by email within: 2 days of purchase.
- Ship items back with confirmation and within: 7 days after delivery.
- We do not accept exchanges.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of Return
In the unfortunate event you would like to return an item, our commitment is to You, and we will try everything possible to make sure your experience with our shop is pleasant. We want you to enjoy purchasing Suzanne's art without any hassles.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive authorization for the return before you ship it back.
Once the item is received, you will receive a refund in the amount that you spent at time of purchase within 3-5 days, depending on payment service schedule.
